Hi, I’m Aileen,

I am a mom, wife, and an illustrator. For a long time, I chased after a busy, traditional idea of success. But motherhood completely changed my perspective.

Slowing down to watch my kids grow taught me what truly matters most in this fleeting life. It isn't the to-do lists or the rush, but the deep, quiet warmth of connection with the people we love.

That realization is the heartbeat behind my Paper Dolls books. I wanted to create a gentle space that bridges generations, giving grandmothers, mothers, and kids a reason to pause, put down their screens, and lean in close just to play together.

More than anything, I hope these little paper worlds invite you to slow down, share stories, spark laughter, and weave beautiful, lasting memories with the ones who hold your heart. I
